VLC media player skips sound video?

when i try to play my song i made , it sometimes skips the sound, and i really want to record it in fast motion (witch VLC can do) and when i play it even just to listen to it, it still skips 6 to 2 secs of the sound. i dont think its my video , cause i have a copy on my MP3 walkman, alls i want is to have a video thats fast , it sounds way better then the ordinary
