Oppinion of this outfit...?

I honestly think it would be an awesome outfit well top. Its light blue with floral print and light blue is my favorite color and I love the floral print. It looks like the shirt I have but its from Abercrombie. And just a suggestion maybe you can wear leggings with a denim mini skirt and silver flats. Just a suggestion, I personally think that would be an awesome outfit plus it's totally appropriate for your little sisters birthday party!!!
