Low lymphocytes, High Neutrophils, High Platelets, Sec Hypothyroid, & Fibromyalgia, mild hypertension?

I've been told I have Fibromyalgia for over 10 years, secondary hypothyroid for 3 years and have been taking pain meds, antidepressants, muscle relaxers, anxiety med and levothroid for just as long. I had to go out on disability from work in Feb-Mar due to extreme fatigue and slept about 18 hours a day for 2 months. Now my bloodwork is showing high platelets, high WBC, high RBC, high neutrophils, and low lymphocytes. Finally, my doctor is sending me to the oncology/hemotology department. I still have little energy for work and spastic neck muscles and pain all over my back and feet. I have just lost 15 lbs in 2 months, but I definitely needed to lose it and was somewhat trying to. It's hard to eat when you're sleeping. I saw Jennifer had similar ailments a year ago but I she doesn't allow email so I was not able to contact her. Does anyone have any idea? I'm also going through a divorce. I just feel like crawling in a hole & coming out when the sun is shining.
